In case it becomes necessary for any person authorized by the Authority to enter into the house or land
belonging to any other person in connection with the business of the Authority, he/she may do so after giving advance notice to the person who is in
possession of such house or land at the time.
Provided that, no such advance notice shall be necessary in case he/she has reason to suspect misuse or pilferage of electricity, or in case it becomes
necessary for him/her to undertake urgent repair work or to overt any accident.
